Veal scalopini with parsley, lemon and white wine/ Scaloppine al limone con prezzemolo e vino bianco

This is a very easy and fast recipe. The scalopini will taste simply delicious. The meat must be of prime quality.

Ingredients (serving: 2)

4 veal scalopini

juice of 1 lemon

flour

salt

pepper

evo oil

100 ml broth

100 ml white wine

40 g butter

Preparation

Beat the veal flat and coat with flour. Put the oil in a large pan over heat and after a while add the veal for approximately 2 minutes, add just a little bit of salt and turn for same amount of time. When veal is cooked, set it aside in a warm place. I used a plate covered with another plate.

In the same pan add the white wine. Let the sauce become more dense and thick. Stir and add the broth and just a little bit of butter. Stir and add the lemon juice until the liquid is slightly reduced. Add salt, pepper and the veal for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
