Today I’d like to share my new sensational discovery with you: the magnesium bath salts.
Yesterday I did my daily workout but it was very tough. My muscles had been very sore since Wednesday because I tried a new workout… I was told it’s a “secret weapon” and actually, it is! (I’ll talk about this next time).
In the last two days I could barely walk and a dear friend of mine suggested me to buy the magnesium bath salts to relieve my muscle pain.
You know what? It really works! So I did some research because I wanted to know more about it and I found out that soaking in magnesium salts aids in relieving back pain and removes everyday stress. In other words, it relaxes nerves and gives such a good sensation…! I felt very relaxed and calm. In the very first 10 minutes you could feel an extreme sensation of tiredness but, believe me, it felt so good during and after the bath!
The magnesium activates enzymes. Its deficiency can cause weakness, behavioural disturbances, spasms, growth failure. You can find magnesium in whole grains, green leafy vegetables, nuts, meats, milk, legumes.
