Fitness forever: it’s my promise

Ok. Maybe if I write it down and tell the world my commitment, it will be easier.

This is an important day. I’ve decided that from now on I’ll devote myself to fitness.

I started to be very active two years ago but recently I’ve gained some weight due to stress and other personal reasons I don’t want to tell you here. I still have to lose those extra pounds that make me very uncomfortable. That’s enough! Things are going to change from NOW on.

When you start seeing some results you start to believe, and you start to improve. You feel great and your self-esteem grows every day. Moreover, when you are ready to take positive action, everything changes. How do I know? Because this is how I felt last year when I lost 17 lbs, and I want to start feeling that way again.

I love my workout dvd’s from Beachbody – I talked about these workouts with three friends of mine and they’ve decided to try them. They do love them!!! I have to thank my great friend Ivette who introduced me to the amazing Beachbody family two years ago.

I’m going to finish ChaLean Extreme in 7 weeks. After that, I’m planning to do Turbo Fire and Brazil Butt Lift. Yes, Brazil Butt Lift. Maybe some of you are laughing. I don’t blame you but maybe you’d better get off that couch and start doing something.

I know these programs very well because I already tried them all last year and they really work. All those commercials were true!! Most of the people who took part in those infomercials has become friends of mine. They are GREAT friends, starting from my coach Elizabeth, Amy, Sam, RunnerGirl Guess, Rebecca and many others… And many thanks to all those inspirational people… Chalene Johnson, her sister Janelle, Toni, Monica, Jen…

They are real people, moms, girls, women like me, all with our small and big daily problems and the same motivation. I got and still getting a great support from them.

I already do one hour of exercise on a daily basis but from tomorrow these will be my rules:

I’ll exercise 2 hours daily.

I’ll eat healthy and nutritious food.

I’ll stay hydrated and drink at least 1,5 liter of water (I’m already doing it).

I’ll get at least 9 hours of sleep… (ooops… it’s bedtime for me now…)

I’ll get my treat once a week. Saturday will be my treat day. No more sweets/sugars during the week.

…It’s my promise. Are you with me?
